Locals enjoyed the warm weather during the Rivers & Spires Festival in Clarksville, Tennessee. Offering local’s a chance to connect with local businesses, organizations and various genres of music.
“I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember, and it’s amazing to see how much it has grown over the years,” Angela Majors said.
The festival was created in 2004 as a way to celebrate the rebuild of the historic city after an F4 tornado destroyed it. The primary goal of Rivers and Spires is to keep the event free and open to the public with the exception of food and beverages.
